Urbino University's Physics Laboratory and Museum of Scientific Instruments holds several collections containing over a thousand objects in total. The museum is open to the public, with access details available from the website. The site presents a history of physics in Urbino from the fifteenth to nineteenth centuries, and a history of the collections held at the museum, which began at the beginning of the nineteenth century.
