SERVERTIME{"format"} -- formatted server time

• Same format qualifiers as %GMTIME%
• Syntax: %SERVERTIME% OR %SERVERTIME{"format"}%
• %SERVERTIME% uses the Date format defined as {DefaultDateFormat} in configure
• Example: %SERVERTIME{"$hou:$min"}% expands to 13:27
